Webloyalty Acquires Loyalty Ventures, Incetive Networks To Drive Traffic To Client Sites

NORWALK, CT – July 29, 2008 – Webloyalty.com (http://www.webloyalty.com), a leading provider of incremental revenue for online businesses, today announced it acquired the business of Loyalty Ventures, the developer of private label solutions that increase revenue and enhance customer loyalty for e-commerce merchants. The acquisition enables Webloyalty to provide online businesses with greater access to a marketing platform that drives traffic to their sites with special offers or cash back incentives from over 2,500 online retailers. No financial information on the acquisition is being disclosed.
